Learn What Causes Physical Diseases and Find an Alternative Medicine in Your Dreams

In July of 1989 my husband suddenly died because he had a heart attack. Nine moths later I discovered in a dream that my husband was in fact killed by his best customer, who was in love with me. I was in love with him too.

I had many conversations with this customer by phone after discovering the truth; he practically confessed his crime with his reactions. However, after studying the meaning of terror based on the guidance of the unconscious mind that produces our dreams, I understood that I had to condemn his cruel action instead of being superficial and indifferent to terror.

The unconscious wisdom proves God's existence. You can verify this truth by translating the meaning of dreams based on the scientific method of dream interpretation.

The unconscious mind showed me that I had to stay far from the man I was in love with, and respect my moral principals. I couldn't bear to abandon the man I loved so much, especially after understanding that he loved me too and this is why he had killed my husband. It was then that I saw into practice that the unconscious mind provokes physical diseases when we accept the absurd suggestions of our anti-conscience, which is our wild conscience.

In other words, God punishes the human being with pain when he/she accepts the absurd suggestions of his satanic anti-conscience. Whenever we have physical problems, this means that we are strongly influenced by our absurd anti-conscience. A physical disease is a protection that comes from God, a punishment for the human being who accepts the evilness of the anti-conscience, and at the same time, a way to oblige the human being to respect the laws of goodness.

I was practically forced to obey God's guidance because of the unbearable pain I had in my feet, which had also swollen. I shouldn't betray my husband's memory and get involved with the man I loved, who took his life. Only when I finally understood my sin and I accepted to obey God's guidance and stay far from the man I was in love with, my feet stopped hurting. Therefore, I discovered that all physical diseases can be cured when we respect the unconscious guidance.

The feet in dreams represent our moral principals. They have the same symbolic meaning in our daily reality. I had a terrible pain in my feet because I had to respect my moral principals. This means that my obedience to God's guidance was not something I should feel proud about. I was practically forced to obey the unconscious mind without objections.

First of all I had the chance to learn the meaning of dreams, even better than Carl Jung, who was my teacher, due to my literary talent. I could discover the meaning of many dream symbols after analyzing the symbolic meaning of a literary book I started writing after suffering from a tragic car accident when I was 15-years-old. The accident itself was preparing me to face craziness when I became 28-years-old (in 1989).

Then, I had to study the meaning of terror, before learning that my husband would be a victim of terror. This knowledge was necessary, so that I could be able to obey God's guidance instead of accepting a crime because I was in love with the murderer.

I also had to bear many physical diseases (besides the unbearable pain in my feet), which were trying to show me that I had to be afraid to disobey God's guidance. It was very hard for me to accept remaining far from the man I loved, especially after having proof that he loved me too.

The physical pain in my feet and other parts of my body obliged me to obey the divine unconscious guidance instead of being a sinner, besides all the scientific, philosophical, and religious knowledge I had. This means that God causes physical diseases trying to hold us when we are ready to make serious mistakes without paying attention to anything.

I didn't want to obey God's guidance, but I was obliged to, not only because of the physical pain, as well as because of the absurdity of my anti-conscience, which was trying to destroy my human conscience through craziness. Later I recognized that I should really do what the divine unconscious mind was showing me, but in the beginning I couldn't accept this truth.

After finding sound mental health, I started curing many people through dream therapy (since 1990). I saw numerous times that physical diseases try to prevent a person from making serious mistakes in their lives. Everybody finds sound mental health and physical health by following the unconscious guidance in dreams.

This means that the alternative medicine provided to you through dream translation is the best one you could have. When you translate the meaning of dreams according to the only method that accurately translates the unconscious messages (which was discovered by Carl Jung and simplified by me) you discover God's words in dreams.

The divine origin of the unconscious mind proves that the meaning of dreams is true salvation for humanity. Even when we cannot admit from the beginning that we have to obey God's guidance, in the end we will surely understand that God was trying to save our mental stability.

God is always right because He is perfect and He possesses infinite wisdom. You should obey the unconscious guidance in your dreams, recognizing that you are an imperfect creature and you need psychotherapy, even if you are not mentally ill.

Only because you have inherited a satanic primitive conscience into the biggest part of your brain, this means that you are absurd from birth. Your tiny human conscience must be developed if you want to become really balanced.

You will find physical health only when you'll stop making the mistakes imposed by your wild conscience.

The alternative medicine you find when you translate the meaning of your dreams works independently of the severity of your disease because your doctor is God's mind, and God makes miracles. Everything only depends on your attitude.

If you'll obey the wise guidance you find in your own dreams (even when it goes against your selfish desires) you will surely find salvation. If you'll be indifferent to the truth presented to you in your dreams and you'll insist on your plans, which are basically suggested by your evil anti-conscience, you will face complications and pain.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung's research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to exactly translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.

ACCOMPLISHED!

Such a fantastic word…I love feeling accomplished…can you relate?  When it comes to a workout and it is on a day where I am feeling unmotivated and I kick it into gear and do it…ACCOMPLISHED.   I can also feel this way after cleaning the bathrooms…YUCK…but it has to be done.  I can have such an overwhelming AWWWW feeling inside after I have completed something on my long “to do” list…or even my short one.  It is like falling back on the couch and saying to myself…well done Darla…I do not need to look for anyone’s approval to feel this way.  It is my inner contentment, and love for self that I long to satisfy…and make God happy with what I do of course.

Believe me…I see so many people get caught up in the race of competing with others, comparing to others, wanting to be like others…that they are missing out on their own accomplishments…great or small...why oh why I say…and I further say STOP already.  I have got on my soap box a few times about the whole comparison subject and probably will touch on it again and again…it is that important.  Life is really too short to live someone else's dream, to try to walk their walk…crap…who really knows what goes on behind the closed doors of anyone’s walk.  I mean really…the only walk that is known for sure…is mine and yours…right?  I am not going to waste my swagger trying to be someone else, or constantly compare and think I do not match up…heck would never  feel  ACCOMPLISHED if this were the case.   Instead, I will focus my energy on the things I know that I have control over in my life, work on my goals of having a balanced healthy life, and strive for my own feeling of accomplishment.

Sometimes it takes years to understand this…believe me…I have had to walk a journey of life learning just like you.  Today as my laundry lies in piles around me, my ARC trainer calls my name for a ride and as I juggle my domestic engineering chores and prepare for my upcoming week…I WILL FEEL ACCOMPLISHED.  Feeling accomplished does not have to be some news making event, or something off the charts WOW…it is the small every day things that are done on a daily basis that give me that feeling of accomplishment…my workout, a call to a friend, time with God, laundry, cleaning the house,  creating a new recipe, eating clean for the day, got my water intake in for the day…you see…anything goes…it is the things that are done day in and day out on a consistent basis that bring accomplishment and create this life that I call HEALTHY!

Work-Life Balance: The Influence of Mental and Emotional Health in the Workplace

Knowing what to do to become healthier does not seem enough motivation to make most people change the habits that are keeping them from good health. There must be a deeper catalyst to enact change, as well as the mental/emotional stability to follow through with it. It is reasonable to claim that ones mental/emotional condition influences their physical health. It is an integral factor when choosing whether one engages in healthy or risky behaviors. Mental and emotional balance creates a positive environment for behavior change. When out of balance, people often find it too difficult to cope with those types of lifestyle changes.

Now it seems that new research can back up that claim. The ComPsych Corporation has released a new wellness report that relates how an employee's mental/emotional health can sabotage efforts to change unhealthy behaviors. They determined that because of the impact of emotional health, on the ability to create and maintain change, many employees would not likely be able to support the needed changes in lifestyle.

ComPsych is the world's largest provider of employee assistance programs. Using aggregate data from health risk assessments across their customer base, they determined that stress, anxiety, depression and poor social support are factors that can hamper employees' efforts to achieve wellness goals. Their emotional instability can hinder them from successfully implementing suggested behavior changes.

Dr. Richard A. Chaifetz, Chairman, and CEO of ComPsych offered this explanation: "There is strong correlation between high stress/emotional issues and poor lifestyle choices. For example, smoking and overeating may be a means to self-medicate undiagnosed depression."

For years, we have suspected that people engaged in self-destructive behavior as a way to comfort, numb, or soothe an unpleasant situation. This study shows an actual correlation between the two. Dr. Chaifetz goes on to say, "To be effective, corporate wellness programs must focus on emotional as well as physical factors of the employee, and include a counseling component to address underlying issues."

The bulk of most employee health programs focus on caring for illness once it appears, providing the proverbial Band Aid over the wound. These new findings show the value of preventative and supportive care. By empowering employees with self-efficacy training and support, the need for costly post-condition care could be greatly reduced.

Employees, who have resources available to support and assist them with mental/emotional issues, are more equipped to care for their physical health. By addressing the employee holistically, beyond simply telling them the physical lifestyle changes needed, you increase the ability of that employee to implement and sustain those healthier changes.

Most health risk assessments (HRAs) only tell the employee what they already know they should or should not be doing. What they fail to do, is help them understand their personal barriers to change, or motivate them to make those changes. By providing proactive services like counseling, support, and accountability programs, in addition to the reactive care that is the norm, businesses could not only improve the lives of their employees but their bottom line as well. The key findings of the ComPsych report show:

40 percent say an emotional or physical health problem has interfered with normal activities with family, friends, neighbors or groups.
36 percent say they are tense or anxious much of the time.
43 percent did not receive good support from friends and family in the past six months.
21 percent said they have felt down, depressed or hopeless in the past month.
Additional findings provided by the ComPsych report pointed out how employees' current habits trend toward unhealthy:
34 percent of employees consume one or less fruits and vegetables each day.
23 percent admit to binge drinking within the past six months.
Only 16 percent get enough sleep.

While these findings may seem startling, they could be even higher, as health risk assessments are self-reported. Many answer questions showing themselves in a more favorable light than is accurate. The results of this report depict a high correlation between stress, anxiety, and lack of social support to the inability to adopt healthier habits.

By assisting employees to manage stress and anxiety and helping them develop stronger emotional coping skills, companies can effectively increase the employees' ability to make and maintain positive health related changes. This would create a substantial reduction in post-condition expenses for the company. By implementing and encouraging use of basic employee assistance programs, companies can spend money on the front-end of health care to save more on the more expensive back-end of the health care cycle.

Besides the obvious savings in health care costs, emotionally balanced employees, who take better care of their physical health miss fewer days on the job and are more productive at while at work. Providing and encouraging this type of assistance is a win-win for the employee and employer. These new findings make proactive care an essential area for today's budget-minded businesses to consider.

Fat Loss For Improved Physical and Emotional Health

Being overweight usually negatively affects one's emotions and physical health. Weight problems are responsible for multitudes of diseases like diabetes, cancers, heart diseases and other potentially harmful diseases and complications. Fat loss initiatives are thus encouraged for all those who are overweight if they want to enjoy the joy of improved physical health and emotional well being.

Physical Health:

Being overweight overworks vital organs like kidneys, livers and the heart with the direct result of the improper functioning of these organs. An overweight person has 10 times more likelihood to suffer from a heart attack than a person who is not overweight. Nearly 90%of people affected by diabetes are those who are overweight.

By Fat loss, a person actually experiences improved physical well being because a bulk of the fat that usually clogs bodily organs will be removed. Fat in the human body normally surrounds such organs like the heart. The heart needs to pump as effective as possible during every second of a human's life. But when the heart is enclosed in masses of fat, it will fail to pump and a person will even die.

To avoid the grim consequences fat poses to the body, one should ensure that the food he/she takes is as low as possible on fat especially animal fat. For those desiring to lose weight and attain optimum health, animal fat such as butter, cheese and milk should be knocked off the diet. If it is necessary to take milk then one should take low fat milk. Fast foods should not feature in any Fat loss diet. Fruits vegetables and a reasonable amount of proteins and carbohydrates are what are needed to lose weight and keep the lost weight off. Plant fats such as the fats from nuts will also help when it comes to making the perfect diet.

Emotional health:

Weight is a leading cause of low self esteem and confidence. In a world where people value a trim body being overweight may attract taunts from some quarters. However being trim is not always the best thing. The best thing is to just have average weight: not fat and also not thin. Low self esteem and lack of confidence may have a toll on one's emotions causing one to develop stress and depression which may lead to other serious complications.

Fat loss will help a person gain self confidence and esteem. As one exercises more and more and becomes more flexible one begins to enjoy his/her body and will easily jump around and even walk confidently without feeling embarrassed.

Weight makes one feel embarrassed to mingle around and even engage in useful sports like football. However as more weight is lost it will be possible for one to even engage in active sports. Being active in some sort of sports is one of the ways to attain emotional well being. Sports are known for removing stress and depression.

RECOVERY AND ME

Celebrating 48!!!!
MAN have I noticed a few things over this past year and as I near 50…front and center …I NEED MY RECOVERY TIME…and I better listen to what my body is telling me or … low energy, burn out, unmotivated…and all the things that fatigue can bring me…YUCK.  YES, I have taken care of myself and try to be the BEST me every day…does that mean over-the-top grueling workouts…OH NO…no more for this girl.  I do not need to be that intense athlete of my teens, 20-30s anymore…and I really do not want to.  It is has developed muscle for me which is YAHOO good, but also some wear and tear…not so good.

I create programs that are intense but do not push beyond my limits…nope…not for this fitness girl.  I mean…Why? ...What is the purpose…the point…really…do I need to lift enormous amounts of weight to put extreme pressure on my spine, joints, tissues, and grunt until I pop a hemorrhoid…YIKES… do I need to prove something to someone…NO, NO and NO.  It is not my goal to further injure myself, or put myself at risk of re-injury.  My goal is to take care of my body, nourish it with healthy foods, and REST when my body says…for goodness sakes Darla…lay the hell down already.

I must admit, sometimes, I do not listen to this voice and I pay the price.  I will attempt a workout and my body just says…NOT HAPPENING GIRL!  Ughhh…then I think about the demands I have placed on it over the past few days, coupled with a few days of not getting enough sleep and I clearly understand what my body needs.  The point is, I can no longer ignore and push through these moments…I NEED to listen.

I understand that my physiological self is much younger than my age due to my healthy lifestyle, but what is fact… Darla on the cellular level is indeed 48…I am having all the hormonal and cellular changes that go with being 48...this part can suck…can’t change it…it is a fact.  I also realize that I do not have to work out every single day, but NEED those recovery days here and there to ensure my body is able to respond and build in a healthy way.  So am I saying that growing older is not a good thing…NO…it is a great honor, gift, and privilege every single moment of every day.  What I am saying is that I need to modify how I treat my body and allow for more TLC during this fabulous stage of my life…it is a transition of my body which is a part of my life’s journey.

I will be human and say…YUCK…sometimes, especially on the hormonal changes…and I can go on and on about this one.  I will also say that WOW…what kind of brick hit this house today…meaning my body definitely will scream for a day off.  This is sometimes hard to accept… I will be truthful, but on the other hand, if I do not listen…I will feel like dog doo…so life is truly a balance of recovery, fitness, nutrition, spiritual being…and more RECOVERY.  What works for me at this stage is paying close attention on my intake, and not working so hard on the output…I have fabulous workouts don’t get me wrong, but I am not in there trying to burn off calories of OMG…what did I do yesterday with my food intake.  I cater my workouts on the energy level of that day… if I feel like a HIIT workout I do that, cardio and core on a Darla feels slow day…I do that, or back to the basics weight circuit that is controlled and methodical achieving a good burn on a day that says to take it easy with the plyometrics…that gets done.

So, I do not believe in abusing my body through a workout…never again…maybe a part of my past…but definitely not in my present or future.  And although it has been difficult to accept that I need more recovery, I also have embraced that I NEED more recovery…my thinking about it has changed in a positive way…I do not have a guilt trip because I am not hitting the gym when my body says rest, and knowing that the rest is rebuilding ME to be my BEST recovered me…FABULOUS! The absolute best part…I feel so much stronger when I do my next workout and love coming back feeling better and stronger.  When I look at RECOVERY like that, it is the healthiest gift I can give myself…so today…I RECOVER!

Health and Activities For Babies and Kids That Work Together

Being a parent, you are always concern with the health of our children. One of our biggest concerns, though it may be unknown, is the fact that it is quite easy to maintain the health of your children with some simple activities that can improve their mental and physical growth.

Medical research has proven the fact that children who are engaged in activities usually end up with better mental and physical development in the long run. Most of these activities are quite easy to implement among younger children but they are divided as follows.

Activities for children under the age of 6

Children in this age group have a little understanding of health and healthy activities or even exercise. It becomes our responsibility to design activities that can provide them with better health mentally and physically.

Activities for physical well-being

Simple activities like going to the park or even playing ball with the parent can provide a baby with the necessary exercise that they need. Activities like a walk to the park or even to the corner grocery store along with the parent can be especially beneficial for their health.

Activities for mental health

Nowadays, there is a vast array of children's toys available that are especially designed towards the mental development of a child, most of these toys are quite cost-effective and nearly indestructible giving them a very good value for money.

Since this is the best age for learning, it would be best for a child to be introduced to books. This can be facilitated by the fact that a patient should start reading to their child at a very early age in order to create interest among the child.

Activities for physical health

The simplest activities that can be implemented towards the development of physical health of the child in this particular age group can be sports activities. These activities can range anywhere from group sports like soccer or baseball to even individual activities like cycling. All of these activities can provide more than enough exercise towards the development of physical abilities of a child.

It is a simple fact that the physical and mental development of the child is the ultimate responsibility of any parent and should be undertaken with utmost care.

My PIGS

NOT MINE...but OH MY...I DO NOT WANT MY PIGS TO SUFFER
OK...what is on my mind...MY PIGS...Oh My YES...I am talking about my feet and the need for comfortable high heels, wedges, etc...I am on the hunt to no longer wear heels that kill my precious pigs.  I rarely wear them, but when I do, I want the experience to not be a horror foot story where my husband has to carry me back to the car by piggy back ...I mean really????  YUCK...what in the heck.  YES...I am still talking about my health...foot care is so important...I want to take care of what I use everyday...I realize how important my feet are when it comes to supporting my structure, and do not want pain, callouses or growths of any kind to suddenly appear on my PIGS because I was lax in taking care of ME.  So, what I have read so far...skimp on a shirt, but never on the shoes...that would include my fitness shoes...Asics being my Fav fitness shoe...but back to the search of heels or wedges that are not only sexy...but I can walk as if I am on a cloud, without my PIGS being squished into contortion and OMG...take these damn things off already, would rather walk bare foot, or ride bareback on a horse to get back to my car.  Moving on to cost...WOW OH WOW...talk about expensive...anxiety producing...OMG...life savings for my PIGS...this frugal, coupon clipping, deal of a girl has to calm down here and realize that I am worth the cost of a few marvelous shoes that will be so beneficial to how my PIGS feel and ultimately, how I will feel during an episode of wearing them for several hours.  So...what am I doing this early Frisky Friday morning before clients...researching the BEST sexy shoes and COMFORT will be KEY for my PIGS. I would love YOUR input on heels, wedges, etc...I love personal feedback experience from great shoe finds. Kind of random...but hey...this is ME!  Have a fabulous Frisky Friday!

I Am All About the Cookies and IN YOUR FACE MOTIVATION

I See Potential Here!!!!
WHAT???  Yep...in between clients I have dashed into my kitchen and throwing this and that together to create some sort of healthy treat in the shape of a cookie.  Because I use nutrient dense ingredients like ground oats, flax meal, whole wheat flour, and nuts, my cookies are typically not smooth, not greasy, and have a nice bite to them....I mean there is a substance...not some airy zero nutritional value crap that are found in stores everywhere...oops...YES...I said that.  I would not touch a processed item with a ten foot or even one foot pole.  WHY OH WHY would I waste any calories on that...I simply don't.  Besides, when it comes to any splurges, the calories have to be quality.  Yes...I love home baked cookies and if I make them in such a way that scratches that itch, then I am an over-the-top happy girl.  Today I made my favorite Stay Healthy Oatmeal Date cookies with a few modifications...I reduced the coconut oil to 1/2 cup, and added 1/2 cup organic unsweetened applesauce, reduced the whole wheat flour to 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder, and 1/4 cup Stevia in the Raw instead of organic Blue Agave...FABULOUS!!!  Fresh out of the oven and into my face...POWER UP meal is what I say.  Now...do I sit and eat the whole pan of cookies...NO...tempting to eat 2 or 3...YES, or course...I am human.  It is enjoyment of the savor of one coupled with the discipline of knowing that regardless of my baking being great for me...calories are calories.  I do have to say that I am all about the cookies...so I enjoyed 2 warm out of the oven for my meal four and I am looking forward to meal 1 with my cup of Joe this morning;) Stay Healthy!

Stay Healthy Oatmeal Date Protein Cookie...YUM!
